wasn't a bad pack to start of an emergency first aid kit, but I had to order more stuff like bandages and tape and a bigger bag, I tried the plasters for quality, and have to say they are very good, didn't fall off like most plasters do so thumbs up , only crap thing about it was the ear buds, about 20 or 30 would of done, think most of the pieces in it are ear buds about 130 items in the bag are buds, bit disappointing
